On July 2, 2008, the Board of Governors of St. Thomas More College ratified the STM/STMFU Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Bargaining Update June 17, 2008
Tuesday, June 10, 2008, negotiation representatives of St. Thomas More College reached a tentative agreement with the STMFU and both parties have agreed to recommend it to their respective principals. The Union has scheduled a ratification vote for June 25, 2008. This new collective agreement with wage and benefit increases can not be implemented unless and until both the Union membership and the St. Thomas More College Board of Governors have ratified it.
Important matters have been discussed at this round of negotiations and the Administration encourages faculty union members to participate fully in this important democratic process.
