Peer House Leaders (PHLs) help new first year STM students make a successful transition to university by acting as a mentor and by encouraging new students to become involved in the student community of St. Thomas More College. PHLs work with staff and faculty advisors to provide study skills support, referrals to campus services, and invitations to social events to house members. PHLs help manage their house’s PAWS group page which is the primary means of interaction for house members.
