Caution Fund
A $100.00 damage deposit is required for each resident. This fund serves as a group insurance for payment of damages which will be charged to individual residents or to the community as a whole. It is in everyone's interest to keep such charges to a minimum, as the balance of the money is refundable at the end of the year. At the end of each term the balance of the Caution Fund will be returned to each resident.

Key Deposit
A deposit of $20.00 is required on room, outside door, and is refundable when keys are returned to the Manager of Residence at the end of the year.

Parking
There are a limited number of parking stalls available at the residence. The rent of these stalls is $360.00 for the regular Academic year. These will be issued on a first come fist serve basis and special need. Parking permits are available for residents only. Permits may not be sold or assigned to non-residence people. Application through the residence for U of S non-electrical stalls (a block away) are available at approximately $145.00 for the Academic term.

Community Fee
The Residence Community Fee of $40.00 is required with registration fees. This fee is used for the support of social activities sponsored by the Residence Community.
