Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u2022 Read all non-fiction submissions received by in medias res and approve select pieces
for publication.
\u2022 Communicate to rejected contributors their rejection in a constructive way per in medias
res<\/em> protocol.
\u2022 Communicate with approved contributors until their pieces are ready for publication.
\u2022 Edit submissions independently for grammar and in conjunction with the author for larger
revisions.
\u2022 Attend board meetings and support all collective efforts to publicize and improve in
medias res<\/em>.
\u2022 Continually seek to improve your knowledge of non-fiction forms and literary journals to
uphold the quality of your section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
