Program Fees
The information on 2017 program fees will be updated shortly. Below is the description of costs for SSU 2016.

The estimated program fee for the 2016 session was $3,000.00 CDN. This included administrative fees, use of educational and computer facilities, individual tutoring, room, board, university meals, and airport transportation. This fee may be reduced slightly depending on the number of enrolments. The program fee DOES NOT include University of Saskatchewan tuition, course reading materials, medical insurance, airfare, and out-of-pocket expenses. Students were responsible for these expenses separately. Airfare was estimated to be roughly $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 CDN (includes taxes). Medical insurance was approximately $100, and out-of-pocket expenses do not usually exceed $600.00 CDN during a 5 week stay in Ukraine.

Accommodations in Ukraine
Students will live with host families while studying in Ternopil. The homestay program is designed to immerse the student in the daily life of a Ukrainian family while helping to facilitate language acquisition. The cost of the homestay program is included in the Program fee.
