Learning Communities at St. Thomas More College are small groups of new first-time students led by student mentors and staff. The purpose of our learning communities is to improve the transition experience for new students. Participation in Learning Communities is optional but recommended, especially for traditional aged students.

* Meet other new students and develop friendships

  • Improve academic outcomes
  • Learn how to access resources for students
  • Manage the social transition to university life

Fall 2020 Online Learning Communities

Along with remote class delivery, learning communities will be offered online for the Fall 2020 Term.

Winter 2020 Learning Communities

TBD. Possibly web-based or face-to-face pending decision by the University of Saskatchewan under guidance from Saskatchewan Health. we hope to have details available by Thanksgiving 2020.
