Join Our Team!
APPLICATIONS CLOSE SEPTEMBER 17
We are looking for people interested in joining the IMR board for the 2025-26 school year!
It is required that board members attend meetings, which will be held in person. We regularly meet once a week, but we alternate between two options (e.g., Tuesday one week, Wednesday the next). Our regularly scheduled meetings will take place this year at the following times.
Fall Term: Alternates between Tuesdays (11:30-12:30) and Wednesdays (10:00-11:00)
Winter Term: Alternates between Tuesdays (2:00-3:00) and Thursdays (12:00-1:00)
Ideally, board members will be available during both meeting times, as the IMR team functions best when weekly meetings are well attended. However, we are happy to accommodate board members who can attend only one of the options during the Fall and/or Winter term (meaning that you are attending meetings every other week and reading meeting notes from the meetings you missed).
If your schedule means you can only attend meetings during one term, please consider applying as a Visual Art Team member or a Staff Writer. These are positions that offer greater flexibility in their time commitments.
