Welcome Week 2024
Tuesday, Sept. 3 – New Student Orientation, 9 am - 2:30 pm
Tuesday, Sept. 3 – Campus Expo in The Bowl with Student Recruitment, 1-3 pm, swing by for information materials, swag, and a draw for students
Wednesday, Sept. 4 - Free frozen treats (11:00 am until supplies run out)
Wednesday, Sept. 4 - Weekday Masses/Liturgies begin 11:30 am, STM Chapel
Thursday, Sept. 5 - Free frozen treats (11:00 am until supplies run out)
Wednesday, Sept. 4 - Friday, Sept. 6 – Welcome Week Table, STM North Lobby, 10 am – 2 pm
There will be college materials, snacks, and a draw for students, as well as someone to help point students in the direction of their classrooms
Friday, Sept. 6 - Crafting with IMR (in medias res), St. John Henry Newman Student Lounge, 10:00 am-2:00 pm (drop-in)
Sunday, Sept. 8 – Sunday Masses begin, STM Chapel, 5 pm
Monday, Sept. 9 – First TEDtalk of 2024, St. John Henry Newman Student Lounge
Tuesday, Sept. 10 – STM Soup & Bun Lunch, St. John Henry Newman Student Lounge, 11:30 am (free!)
